Most ads are reviewed and approved within a few hours. During peak times it may take up to 24 hours. You will receive an email notification once your ad goes live.

My paid ad was rejected. How do I get a refund?

Email us at support@stickmyad.com with your order reference number. We process refunds for rejected paid ads within 7 business days.

Can I edit my ad after it is approved?

Yes. Visit My Ads from your account, open the ad, and use the Edit option to update your contact details. Other changes require re-submission for review.

How do I delete my account?

Email support@stickmyad.com with the subject 'Account Deletion Request'. We will process the request and confirm deletion within 7 business days.

Is StickMyAd available across all of India?

Yes. StickMyAd supports listings across all 28 states and 8 union territories of India. Simply enter your PIN code when posting an ad and your location is auto-detected.

How do I report a suspicious or fraudulent listing?
