Account Information
When you register, we collect your email address and display name (if provided). We use Firebase Authentication — your password is never stored by us directly.
Ad Content
When you post an ad, we store the content you provide: title, description, category, phone number, email address, PIN code, city, district, and state.
Payment Information
Paid plan payments are processed entirely by Razorpay. We do not store your card details. We only retain the payment ID, order ID, and amount for our records.
Usage Data
We may collect basic usage data such as page views and clicks to understand how users interact with the platform. This data is anonymised and never sold.
To operate the platform
Your account details and ad content are used solely to provide the StickMyAd service — publishing your ads, managing your account, and processing payments.
To communicate with you
We may send transactional emails related to your account, such as ad approval or rejection notifications. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
To prevent abuse
We may use account and activity data to detect spam, fraudulent listings, or violations of our Terms of Service.
Ad listings
Your ad title, description, category, location (city, district, state), and contact details (phone/email) are publicly visible to anyone browsing StickMyAd. Please only share contact details you are comfortable making public.
What is not visible
Your account email (used for login), internal user ID, payment details, and IP address are never shown publicly.
Authentication
Firebase Authentication uses browser storage to keep you logged in between sessions. This is essential for the platform to function.
No advertising cookies
We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We do not serve behavioural ads.
Storage
All data is stored on Google Cloud (Firebase / Firestore), which provides enterprise-grade encryption at rest and in transit.
Access control
Access to your data is restricted. Only you can edit or delete your own ads. Admin access is limited to authorised personnel only.
Ad expiry
Ads are automatically expired after 30 days from approval. Expired ads are archived and removed from public view.
Account deletion
To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at support@stickmyad.com. We will process your request within 7 business days.
Firebase (Google)
We use Firebase for authentication and data storage. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed through Firebase.
Razorpay
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Razorpay's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.
Postal PIN API
When you enter a PIN code, we call the India Post API to auto-fill your district and state. No personal data is sent — only the PIN code itself.
Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of StickMyAd after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
