Please read these terms carefully before using StickMyAd. They set out the rules for using our platform and the responsibilities of both StickMyAd and its users.

Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using StickMyAd (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to post ads or create an account on StickMyAd. By using the Platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent revision at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Permitted Use
StickMyAd is a platform for posting and browsing local classified advertisements across India. You may use it to buy, sell, rent, or promote goods and services in accordance with these Terms.
Prohibited Activities
You must not use the Platform to post illegal content, harass or defraud other users, spam or send unsolicited messages, impersonate any person or entity, attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its systems, or engage in any activity that disrupts or damages the Platform.
Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Accuracy
All ads must be accurate, honest, and not misleading. You are solely responsible for the content of your ads, including the accuracy of descriptions, prices, and contact details.
Prohibited Content
You must not post ads for illegal items or services, counterfeit goods, adult or obscene content, weapons or dangerous materials, financial scams or pyramid schemes, or any content that violates applicable Indian law.
Review Process
All ads are reviewed by our team before going live. We reserve the right to reject, edit, or remove any ad that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.
Ad Expiry
Ads are automatically expired 30 days after approval and removed from public view. You may re-post an ad after it expires.
Paid Plans
StickMyAd offers optional paid plans (Boosted, Featured) that provide enhanced visibility for your ads. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
Non-Refundable — Approved Ads
Once a paid ad has been approved and made live, the payment is non-refundable. You receive the visibility service from the moment your ad goes live.
Refund — Rejected Paid Ads
If you purchase a paid plan and your ad is subsequently rejected by our review team, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a refund, contact us at support@stickmyad.com with your order reference number. Refunds are processed within 7 business days.
Payment Disputes
For payment-related issues not covered above, contact us at support@stickmyad.com. We will do our best to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
Platform Ownership
The StickMyAd brand, logo, website design, and underlying code are the intellectual property of WebAppTechie. You may not reproduce, copy, or redistribute any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.
Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on StickMyAd. By posting an ad, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content on the Platform for the purposes of operating the service.
Third-Party Content
The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of any third-party sites and encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies.
No Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.
Transactions Between Users
StickMyAd is a listing platform only. We are not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. We do not verify the identity of users or the accuracy of listings beyond our review process. Always exercise caution and due diligence when transacting with strangers.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StickMyAd and WebAppTechie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, revenue, or goodwill.
Termination by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to other users or the Platform.
Termination by You
You may request deletion of your account at any time by contacting us at support@stickmyad.com. Upon deletion, your account and all associated ads will be removed from public view.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
